As voters left polling places Tuesday, a majority told exit poll interviewers they felt the country was “seriously off on the wrong track.” But the mood of the electorate was markedly more optimistic than it was four years ago, when a record three out of four voters said the country was on the wrong track.
In preliminary results from early voters in the national NBC News exit poll, 52 percent said America was on the wrong track while 46 percent said the nation was"generally going in the right direction."
Preliminary results from exit polls also showed that most voters, 53 percent, thought the federal government is doing too much, a sharp contrast with four years ago, when the country was in the midst of a financial and economic crisis. At that time only 43 percent of voters said the government was doing too much and a majority, 51 percent, thought the government ought to do more to try to solve the nation’s problems.
Not surprisingly three out of five voters Tuesday said the economy was the most important issue facing the country, but poll respondents were divided as to what specific economic challenge loomed largest.
When asked, “Which one of these four is the biggest economic problem facing people like you?” 39 percent chose unemployment, nearly that many (36 percent) said rising prices, while 14 percent said taxes were the biggest problem and 7 percent said housing.
Voters in preliminary exit poll results were sharply divided in their views of the president’s signature first-term accomplishment, enactment of the Affordable Care Act, which aims to overhaul the nation’s health insurance system.
Twenty-five percent favored total repeal of the 2010 law, while another 23 percent wanted to see some of it repealed. Nineteen percent favored leaving the law as it is, and another 25 percent want expansion of the law.
Exit poll interviews will continue across the nation as voters cast their ballots Tuesday; some of the preliminary results may be modified later in the evening as more data becomes available.

Most voters?
Most voters know that the President is on their side, and Mitt is for corporations.
.
4 more for 44
Hmmmm... and who is the candidate that is most concerned about these things? It certainly isn't Obama... all he's been concerned about for the last year is this very day... and from all early indications, it looks like Obama is looking at Romney's back side...
BO 2012
Fired up... Ready to go... F O R W A R D > > > > > > > > >
Well with 33 to 3 electoral votes, he'd better be revving his engines....
Er.... correction 49 to 3....
Start making up excuses Democrats, your ship is officially sunk.
Great job instilling false hope in the mindless sheep yet again though, it is fun to watch their fantasy-land come crashing down.
Ummm.let's see, MOST voters say America is off track...a President that said he wouldn't run for a second term if he couldn't turn things around (double National Debt with NO results)...and somehow this is rocket science??!!
LOL....ROFL
Errrrrrrrr.........Correction Romney 88... The Communist 64
pjam; we are all in the same ship - but keep dreaming if you think only some will go down and some fantasy chosen people will survive the cliff.
Those who divide are un-American...get a clue, both parties are not concerned with you.
The entire planet is on the wrong track - lets see the author of the article site his top 5 reasons for that? My top 5 has religion in it.
Notice how the author glossed over how 25% want the health care expanded...or equal to those who want to do away with it...can't wait until that 25% who want it repealed - actually need it, and they will someday.
Forward....... Hmmmmm were have I heard that before? OH, I remember now that was the slogan Vladimir Lenin used during the Russian Revolution. It could be a coincidence but somehow I doubt it.
With that in mind I now know what MSNBC's slogan " Lean Forward " means. Lean forward....... we're going stick it up your a s s.
I had a lib tell me today: "For the sake of our country the republicans better get behind our next pres.....demo or repub..otherwise we can kiss it all bye bye..."
Poor morons don't even know it's the DEMS that are obstructionists, Harry Reid has already said he won't work with Romney, and how about those dems in Wi. that were losing so they slithered off to another state to hide out. Pfffft...
Wrong track.. easy question 1) wrong track because of Obama? 2) Wrong track because of congress? 3) 1 and 2.
Hey, Mark-423819
.. easy question and easy answer - that is - 2) Wrong track because of US House and GOP busters by GOP filibusters in Senate?
Whether Romney wins or Obama wins, if COOPERATION loses, the whole Country loses.
Found this in a local newspaper, it just about says all that needs saying. Written by Ben Boychuk. I added the the highlights.
BOYCHUK: The case for Romney is the case against Obama. Americans four years ago turned to Obama as a "no drama" leader who would guide the country out of the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression and burnish the country's reputation abroad after a costly, unpopular war in Iraq and a flagging effort in Afghanistan.
He failed.
Obama's first significant act as president — beyond that futile gesture with
Guantanamo Bay — was to push Congress to pass the $800 billion "stimulus bill."
Without it, the new president said, unemployment would top 10 percent or
more.
But with the plan, the administration predicted unemployment should be around
5.6 percent by now.
Current unemployment is 7.8 percent and the labor-participation rate — the number of adults who are working or actively seeking a job — is the lowest in more than 30 years.
Obama's other signal achievement, health care reform, was supposed to control
rising health care costs. The law hasn't taken full effect, but the average
health insurance premium has risen $2,370 since Obama took office — faster than when George W. Bush was president.
On the bright side, Obama partisans crow, Osama bin Laden is dead and General Motors is alive.
Bin Laden is indeed dead. But so are Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Glen Doherty, Tyrone Woods and Sean Smith, casualties of an administration that sought to "lead from behind" in Libya, and that cravenly blamed their deaths on a YouTube video hardly anyone had seen or heard of before Sept. 11 of this year.
As for General Motors, profits are up globally — especially in China. That's
good.
But overall U.S. market share has fallen to 17.6 percent since Obama made the
federal government GM's majority shareholder. If the feds sold their stake in GM today, taxpayers would lose $13 billion.
Would Romney be better? It's fair to say the former Massachusetts governor's
reputation for saying just about anything to get elected does give one pause.
But Obama's failures are manifest. And all this president has promised for his
second term is more of the same. No, thanks.
STAND DOWN, AMERICA!! Surrender you sheep
NObama 2012!!!
Obamanos! Islamic (Hamas) refugees given citizenship ahead of other waiting immigrants (mostly our latino family members) Viva La Raza!
As predicted...it's all over but the ....uh.....changing out the magic underware??
Obama will still have the Tealabans to deal with though. If they still refuse to work with the President I don't think the movement will last past mid term elections.
Amazing how some still complain about lack of cooperation in the house. YOU had it for 2 years in Obama' first half of his term. AND did nothing. Put the blame where it belongs - a failed president.
There has to come some point in his failed administration where he take responsibility for his failures and quit blaming everyone else.
He is so quick with the "I" in credit for achievements he thinks he is responsible for, and blames others when things go wrong. LIBYA.
Yes, Bin Laden is gone - General Motors is alive and doing well in CHINA, and Ambassador Stevens, and the others are dead. Watched in real time by the President.
Do for Ambassador Stevens and the others what they can't do themselves - vote Obama OUT. Is this the "REVENGE" Obama spoke about?
Amazing how some still claim the Democrats had full control of the House for 2 years in Obama' first half of his term. Due to Sen Franken being held from taking his seat and Sen Kennedy on his death bed that just isn't true...but hell....I already know you knew that...it's the Right Wing Nut bubble popping up again.
Heck...maybe the Republicans will move back towards the center and take the Presidency in 2016..but I doubt it.
It's over. Someone gave the Dem workers the news to grab the good seats for the victory celebration during Axelrod's interview. You could see the volunteers grab their coats and cut out. Meanwhile, the Romney camp looks like a funeral.
Too bad. Next time, don't field an idiot.
Happy Days are here again. We have our wonderful President for four more years. Let's hope our republican brethren will come to work for the country and the country only.
We have new senators many of them women a great accomplishment despite the opposition.
Congratulations to all.
Not too happy, Obama won the electoral vote , but he lost the popular vote, Obama will "lead" a divided country 50-50 , however Congress wil remain the same, Republicans controlling the House and Democrats the Senate. This is not good for Obama who will encounter a big opposition to his ultra-liberal agenda. This time Obama can't blame Bush if he don't turn the economy around the next four years. Congratulation to Ted Cruz a New Latino Republican Tea Party.
Yeah We Won - Life Is Good!
Women really were the big winners tonight. Yeah.
So the majority voted for OBAMA? Making the same mistake twice?
"if COOPERATION loses" very confusing statement, besides being dumb.
Corporate America sold out under the past two Republican Dictators, yeah know the one that sees a thousand points of light, and his little boy that seen the bottom of a shot glass to many times, delusions of WMD's.. The guy's that slept with the Saudis.. darn I have finally forgotten about them.. YES................... may their name be never spoken again. President Obama will continue rebuilding the mess those two idiots started. Dumb and Dumber is how they should be remembered. no names.
We can only go forward with a cleansing of the House of Representatives, which will remain as obstructionists
Hey Oskar,
Last I checked Obama is winning the Popular Vote by 3 Million, so what u gotta say now Looser.
RIP America...
Hello Europe!!
I wonder if the suicide rate will quadruple again in the next four years? If so the Democrats might be able to reduce the unemployment rate and the employment participation rate by another one tenth of a percent.
"The rate of increase in suicides has quadrupled since the recession began, the report found. From 1997 to 2007, the rate of increase in suicides was 0.12 per 100,000 people, but from 2008 to 2010 it jumped to 0.51 per100,000 people.
The report will be published online Nov. 5 in the journal The Lancet, just one day before American voters head to the polls to elect a new leader for the coming four years."

Well this just in the President is moving to Washington State due to the passage of the marijuana laws and will spend the next four years rolling fatties and telling the country it is all "cool" I have it under control...want a toke?
Forward over the fiscal cliff and four more years of gridlock...nice.
So how does this make sense?? The majority of voters think that the country is on the wrong track... yet we just REELECTED all the same freaking people! Obama is still president, Boener (or however you spell it) is still speaker of the house, the republicans still control the house and the democrats still control the senate. What exactly do the voters think is going to be different now?
"The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result!"
We are in the exact same position now as we were last week. So expect more of the same! More gridlock, finger pointing and dysfunction.
a majority told exit poll interviewers they felt the country was “seriously off on the wrong track.”
Then something doesn't add up!
I know as a poll watcher, there were several people that showed up to vote that ALREADY VOTED!!
And the 90 yr old poll worker gave them ballots!!!!
Several more showed up who applied for absentee ballots!
And the 90 yr old poll worker let them sign OVER TOP OF ABSENTEE BALLOT ISSUED...and gave them ballots to vote again!
Several more showed up "at the wrong polling site" in hopes of voting again!!
They were ushered over to verify their correct polling site and sent on their way. One older white poll worker wondered why the blacks were sent away and not allowed to vote...
Yeah, there was no voter fraud....how can you call this a FAIR election?

4 more Years for Obama
Must not have talked to the idiots on this thread! They will tell you everything is great!
Would that have been Pelosi and Reid dragging their feet the first two years . And Reid continuously not putting items on the floor for a vote.
Your president had 2 years with a Democratic monopoly in Congress AND the Senate and did nothing. Dont give me this gridlock BS, it is a complete copout and an attempt at getting the focus off of the fact that the track record of the incumbent president is meager at best.
Piggy - Since you can't face reality yourself here is a reminder:
Americans handed Democrats the biggest congressional party-flip since WWII in order TO STOP OBAMA, and thank goodness they did, look at how much damage he did anyway.
Fellow Latino's how many of your family members were pushed to the back of the bus, so that Obama's islamic (Hamas) people to gain legal citizenship before our people who have been 2 & 3 years? Obama NO MAS!
STAND DOWN, AMERICA!!
NObama 2012!!!
Obamanos!
Nothing more need to be said.
Romney/Ryan 2012!
Actually, most noticed that Obama didn't do what he promised... Deflection is the operative word with Democrats...Obama failed and America sees that as the reason why we are on the wrong track...
good thing congress was there to stop him from passing too many radical laws that would have taken years to undo. if we'd let him have free reign to mess everything up in just 4 years who knows how long the clean up would have taken.
Pigotry:
Your buddy LA BAMA will have you speaking SPANISH, and will make the US part of Latin America by 2016.
Aren't you lucky??? Si!
Congress should be the largest cut in the budget, only get paid when they do something.. simply put, they need to work for a living.. Wouldn't it be great to have their hours, benefits, perks, all the insider information they get to invest wisely ? Demarcates and Republicans alike, they can't get anything done without grandstanding the issues.
on that note sometimes the best thing they can do is block something f'ed up from passing. stopping bad initiatives by our president is equally as important as passing the good stuff.
Wow, it's Friday, and I'm just getting to this article. Funny, the sorest bunch of losers ever on this planet posted here this week. Still in your alternative reality. Have you EVER considered that we are ALL Americans, and in the spirit of good citizenship and fair play, admit you lost, and try to make this a better place for everyone?????
That's why the majority of America is deaf, dumb, and blind.
South Carolina went to President Obama? REALLY? Wow! Didn't see that coming at all.
JT,
Projections show Romney won SC!!!
SC. Romney
But we sure play a mean pin ball.....
No the majority has it right-it's the minority of O'leg-humpers who are lost in the fog. Thankfully Romney's taking this race so far and will triumph!
looks like that deaf dumb blind majority turned out to vote the other day ... now look where we're at.
I wonder if the GOP will drag Katherine Harris back to Florida so she can throw the election for them again?
I wonder if Democrats will continue trying to make up pathetic excuses for all of their many losses? .... apparently so.
you're pretty pathetic yourself pjam09.
Florida has the highest number of voters, all immigrants from the other 49 move here to get away from life, then bitch because it's to hot. Florida used to be ranked number one in millionaires, retired union workers, military, etc. The Republican Governors give them tax shelter and cheap labor. Dumb and Dumber vacation here a lot, not as much as when they held office, but they still block traffic when they come to town.
The definition of insanity - doing the same thing again but expecting a different result. We had four years of economic hell and we are going to get four more years of economic hell. Duh!
Of course we are on the wrong track. You can't take away from people who work and give to people who do nothing to earn money and expect things to improve. You just get more and more people standing with their hands out.
If they think it is on the wrong track now just wait if Romney is elected.
so we just stay on the track we "know" is wrong with Obama?
Gee what a superb endorsement of Obama.
A hypothetical situation where somehow despite nothing of note another person is somehow perceived as worse.... Oh no! (sarcasm)
I'll at least give you credit for understanding that Obama never had a chance at re-election.
Think were on the wrong track just wait. If Mitt wins lets see where we are then particularly with Ryan who is seriously on the wrong track. The republicans get scarier every election and it astounds me how many people buy into it. Unfortunately it will be too late to just like it was with Bush Jr. Love how people want to blame Obama and still don't see the economic situation/near collapse was a direct result of the last administration. And lets not forget the next president may pick 2 supreme court justices and possibly up to 4. Where will we be when the religious right is extended that much power. So much for separation of church and state and for women's rights.
Save our country from the extremists and be an informed voter instead of reacting to the GOP lies.
trust me ... Dems look just as scary from this side. I dont mind them getting elected from time to time to give us a fresh perspective but if we went too many years straight with social laws and federal government growth we wouldnt be "United States" anymore, just another France or Canada.
Republicans start wars and have people killed because of their greed.. it's nice to know we will have some peace through diplomacy instead of meaningless war..
i guess its only meaningless to those who arent fighting in it. the only victory anyone over here ever cared about was weather their gas prices would drop. that sounds about as greedy as it gets to me. and when that didnt happen for them they thought it best to pull out. didnt give a @!$%# about any of the families we were leaving over there to rot. i was there helping them train a police force so they could stand up for themselves ... i wonder how good theyre doing now. also it was a huge tactical advantage our commander in chief gained threw away ... we are still sitting pretty in Japan from WW2 and that base comes in handy for all kinds of stuff ... including disaster relief, response time to attacks on that side of the world, maintaining our navy etc. The training we gained fighting in that terrain has been invaluable in keeping our military up with the times for engaging todays enemies and defending against terrorist style attack. And the whole time maintaining a ridiculous kill/death ratio with a group that kills its citizens, rules by fear, and plots attacks on our nation. whats meaningless about that?
On the wrong track...huh yeah. $16T in debt...47M on food stamps...yeah we're on the wrong track. For all those being polled as they exit the voting booths, I can't imagine answering ANY other way.
Thank Dumb and Dumber dude, B'Boys.. there names rhyme with Mush, and mean the same thing.
Right On! Right On!
With Barry? With Willard?
Sounds like a lose, lose proposition for the country.
Lose... but obviously better than the past 4 years spent going backward and downward.
You wouldn't know forward and upwards if it slapped you in the face.
If Romney is elected and doesn't perform in the next four years, vote him
out. That's the way the system works. We just don't need a great divider, or
entertainer in chief, we need someone to lead!!!
We can vote them in but we can't vote them out think about it!
Save our country from extremists? Does this include Barack? Pretty sure hes on the extreme other end.
If only it was true, think of Dumb and Dumber , no wars if those two had never been in office, and could have been voted out, or not appointed Jr. . Happy, I mean very happy we have President Obama. A shout out to President William Jefferson Clinton, thank you for all you're hard work, you did good, just like you did when you held office. The only president to balance the budget, and he didn't destroy the economy, Dumb and Dumber did along with their banking buddies.
When two horrible Presidents in a row raise the national debt from $6 trillion to over $16 trillion your darn tootin were on the wrong track. For personal ego's they are risking the economic future of our country for our grand children. Bush and Obama are the BushObama Brothers for ridiculous narcissism out of control and only their own political agendas (with Obama's being racists) of concern to them. And Congress is even worse with it's corruption by big business. Were going down the tube folks.
Just a little simplistic... you really wanted Obama to do nothing in 2008 (ala Herbert Hoover) and just HOPE for a turnaround (ala Herbert Hoover) or did we need the President to show that he learned from history - sometimes when Business has no money to spend, and People have no money to spend, Government has to spend to prime the pump. The only problem with this recovery is that it is half-hearted - but could have been twice as robust if Congress had the spine to really invest like FDR did and like Paul Krugman called for time and time again. We might already be running surpluses by now and paying DOWN the debt.
You know what Lib in Oklahoma? If you had actually studied your history you would know FDR's spending made us worse off. It was only because of WW2 the nation recovered.
Look at the unemployment figures prior to WW2 when Roosevelt had already been in office for nine years. There was no improvement in the economy until 1942.
As late as 1938 the unemploment rate was still 19.1%. almost a decade of governmental "
CONTINUED: " pump priming" almost one out of 5 workers remained unemployed, this is from the official Bureau of Census/ Bureau of Labor Statisics data series for the 1930's. You can find these figures in the Historicial Statictics of the United States.
Again Lib in OK, study before posting.
Thank You.
So much for Obama learning from history. Evidently he didn't study his history either.
Weaver -
Liberals try to re-write history to suit what they desire it to be. No sense of reality at all.
Well, again, what a bunch of sore losers. Those bubbles seem to impenetrable.
700 Billion in military spending i guess so!
These polls generally show that over half the people in this country don't pay any attention BUT they have an opinion.... Step 1. Stick up pointer finger. Step 2. Stick pointer finger firmly in mouth. Step 3. Hold pointer finger in air. Step 4. Decide if the breeze is coming from the right direction AT THIS MOMENT or from the wrong direction AT THIS MOMENT. Kind of like the undecideds who get waaaaay too much atttention - they simply are so uninformed and so spineless they can make a decision until they see that very laaaaaaaast bumper sticker on the way to the polls. Idiots!
Then there's those " Idiots" that make up their minds who their going vote for in the next election as soon as their guy wins the first one without looking at how things went for the previuos four years, or ignoring the facts. Or just plain blind from their head being stuck up their as s for the last four years.
I suspect " Lib in OKlahoma " your one of them
Majority of voters see America on wrong track:
Decide to vote for one of the 1% backed candidates anyway.
Welcome to the Kabuki Theater of the Absurd.
Same Ol Same Ol!
Trillions of dollars spent on fruitless years of wars that Republican leadership knowingly duped the American public to enter, unhealthy extreme concentration of wealth, those same wealthy people and corporations preferring to invest manufacturing and such in other parts of the world ... beginning to think the giant is not just sleeping anymore, but is clinically brain dead.
Oh Pshaw..!
The majority of US citizens are in favor of the way the DemocratsandRepublicans have run things these last few generations, and I can prove that by our continued support of them.
You think one party is more warlike than the other? Hoo boy...well, the DemocratsandRepublicans are gonna love you..
Last few generations were indeed fine and dandy. It is the last decade that is stunning. Feel more secure now in the world, or less? Is the US stronger or weaker economically? Is the powerhouse of the US economy (the middle clash) better or worse off? It has been a steady slide to the bottom ever since Clinton. Obama has held steady on principles, and executed on them. Mitt changes his mind daily because he is a pawn, not a leader.
It has been a steady slide since Ike.... with a notable dump in 1980. That's when the US became the largest prison state in the history of the world.
If you LIKE being the largest prison system in the world, then these are indeed good days.
If you like being the most warmongering country in the world, you're sitting pretty.
If you like being 16th in economic freedom and 12th in education, welcome to paradise.
One thing... we've slipped to fourth for most polluting... I imagine another four years of you DemocratsandRepublicans will fix that...
As you guys seem rather insistent on running this country into the ground... good job at that, just btw
as long as hes a pawn of the people or the peoples representatives then hes doing good. dont need him trying to get creative or anything.
The right track wrong track question is the bread and butter question for pollsters and lame brained politicians and camp followers.
The question is useless, because it asks the "no nothing" respondents about something called "tracks" even when tracks have been pulled up years ago.
I did not go down street to look for tracks, nor did I look at foot prints left in the snow, and I did not look back to see what tracks are following me.
Therefore I "no nothing" about tracks, I cannot plan to get any information, since I don't know anybody who's willing to tell me, what a track is or if whatever it is I can use it. With only information about right track wrong track question we can get if the respondent even know what makes up a track and then at best asking a different question. Like if: "American continues to buy huge amounts of imported oil, where do you think those foreign counties are going to invest those huge profits?" Then like a runaway railroad, the engine of the economy is going to derail. The "right track wrong track" question is as useless as worthless gets.
Filling the empty mouths of the clueless reporter?
Polite applause.
Now playing at a theater near you GI Joe and Four more wars.
hold on with your life !!!!!
we all are going to hell in a hand bucket! opps i mean a teacup !!!!!
No...we will all be eating cake.
Irony and sarcasm intended.
I can't wait to watch MSNBC later tonight after Romney Wins !!! and looks on their faces will be "Priceless" I'll be recording it .
And get ready for at least a week of excuses.... all the while never facing the reality of Obama's actions
I'm just really looking forward to Chris Mathews self destructing.
Al Sharpton can barely speak English, just imagine how non understandable he'll be if Romney does win. Maddow will be so pissed she'll be wacking her dildo's over Ed Shultz and Chris Matthews heads. Lawrence O' donnell will finally blurt out " OK, I admit it........I'm a Communist "
I can't stay up to watch. I just started a new job and have to get to bed so I can be at work on time.
How'd that recording work out for you, sparky?
It was a lot more fun watching Karl Rove sweat blood.
What is the wrong track? Is it Capitalism and the Free Market economy? Is it being a "christian" nation. Is it adherence to the Constitution?
I never did understand this type of question? It's not as if anything really changes.
Like I'm going to listen to a guy that brings his surfboard to vote.
Wrong track? Maybe we could use more high speed rail instead of gridlock caused by road raging Republicans.
Or maybe something like this.
http://www.psfk.com/2012/10/china-car-free-city.html
I've long advocated car free cities connected by high speed rail with locally grown food sources.
Funny, the lowest traffic days ever getting to work were when Clinton shut down the federal government. Very little traffic & no idiots.
Libs in their Subaru Outbacks and Toyota Prius' need to stay out of the left lane. I get so angry having to pass them on the right in my Porche Carrera.
@tshanny
So security guards with their guns and alarm systems need to stay away from banks. I get so angry when they don't let me break the law.
They either polled ignorant repugs, or they are going by what the country will be like in a year if Romney were to have a miracle and win:-). Either way, we know it isn't true.
O&Joe 2012 Fer sure
They been asking that question for the last 4 years and the response has always been that everyone knows the nation is spiraling downward... if you weren't an obedient, mindless, party-loyal stooge you might have noticed it at some point.
Since it is obvious that you are voting Republican does that make you an obedient, mindless, party-loyal stooge.
Most amuzing - Polls haven't closed yet and liberals already going on the defensive explaining why Obama may lose the elections. Expecting the worst?
The writing is on the wall... 4 years of deluding themselves is being swept away in an instant.
Still basing your political belief on the assumption of Romney's politics being like the hand of god and creating a better existence at the snap of a finger?
Go back to your kitchen and cook something.
This article is actually pretty funny considering at least a half dozen other stories written by nbcnews over the last couple weeks have been stating just the opposite. Actually quite surprising to see.....
At this point it looks like the shape of power will continue to be the same as the last four years, and I don't mean that in a bad way!
The biggest difference now will be in the hands of the GOP and to see what they do with another 4 years of Obama! Ball is in their court!
Given Norquist's remarks, it looks like they will not only be shooting themselves in the foot but will be amputating their legs. This will be bad for GOP in two years, and then two years again after that because the American people are not all that stupid after all, are they?
A win for Obama now, and more of the same old same old from GOP will be their downfall for most likely the next 8 years! Woohoo!
GOBAMA! BIDEN!
Obama and those who support him are morons.
Myself, friends, family and all the people who support the President are the smartest morons you will ever know.
"Myself, friends, family and all the people who support the President are the smartest morons you will ever know."
Kind of like being the prettiest leper in the leper colony.
Better to lead the brain-dead than constantly failing amongst competent individuals I suppose.
Julia - I agree you, your friends and those voting for the President are the biggest morons in the U.S.
How can voters say that we are heading in the wrong direction, and the most important thing is the economy, yet they will turn around and vote for Obama. Unemployment is about the same as when Obama took office, there are more people on welfare and food stamps and wages have good down or are stagnant. We are facing the fiscal cliff and Obama is making threats about taking the US over the cliff if he doesn't get his way.
How are Obama and Obama supporters looser's?
President Obama promised to deal with national security and bring the troops home which he did.
For eight long years under the Bush Administration America had to endure an increase in the deficit because the GOP would not kill Osama Bin Laden when it had the chance. Bush had more than one oppurtunity to kill Osama but he let him go thus spending even more tax payer money in fighting a war just to bolster the GOP's poll numbers along with being criminally negligent in the deaths of those troops because he did not give the order to kill Bin Laden when he had the chance to which then caused the deaths of the servicemembers after each time as a result.
Obama gave the order to kill Bin Laden the first chance that he had and brought the troops home. Just like he promised he would.
Now that the troops are home the economy is turning around because the money spent overseas is going back into the economy here in the United States.
Those who voted for Romney voted on a wish and daydream of Romney being able to make everything better within a few weeks of his being president.
If Romney is elected the idiots that voted for him, those who are profit from corporate welfare and those who are fearfull that if they do not vote for Romney and the Super Pacs that they will lose their jobs.
Such people are idiots and think that who voted for who actually gets spread around the community which is not true. Fearmongering and brainwashing is all the GOP has done to America.
Thats why the GOP hates education. That way they can project their brainwashing attempts through t.v. programs to make Americans think that they know who each American is voting for.
Only the educated vote for Democrats while the slaves always vote for the GOP because they don't want to be whipped or beaten anymore.
If the GOP was so about civil rights and not their religious slavery pits that Americans fall into every election. Then why wasn't the slaves freed after the Revolutionary War? Why did it take another Republican to start a war over the guise of freeing the slaves when the war was all about freeing them so they could be made to work in Northen factories? Why did it take the Republicans until the 1960's over two hundred years after America's revolution to actually say that those of color and later women had any rights?
Why because the GOP are nothing but white and racists and look down upon women as second class individuals because of their own inferiority.
Why did 241 U.S. Marines die while they slept in their barracks in 1983? The president at that time was Ronald Reagan who did nothing in response except to indiscrimately lob some arty shells into the area? Why didn't the GOP take action after the first World Trade Center Bombing when they knew that the same terrorists were going to attack again, which they did and the GOP once again did nothing until after the second World Trade Center Bombing?
You so Obama and his supporters are losers?
Look at how many lives have been lost because of the GOP's by not taking action when they knew that such an event would take place.
Look at the lies that the GOP has constantly spun for their wars and their politics.
One thing is certain about the GOP and its supporters.
They are all liars, bi-polar and demented because they think everyone else is a dumb as they think we are.
Only an idiot would vote for a GOP candidate.
So what type of corporate welfare are you expecting to be given if Romney is elected?
What has your Super Pacs offered you in return for your vote? A Pay raise?
Or have the voices in your head convinced you that what you think will happen will actually happen if you vote for Romney?
Easy to see YOU don't work for a living. Hope your welfare is appreciated. We paid for it.
The country has been on Obama's wrong track for 4 years. I fail to see why people (the majority) can see we are on the wrong track and vote the moron in again.
Nice of you to say "only an idiot" would vote for a GOP candidate. You sound like an expert on idiot. Experienced. Obama accomplished absolutely nothing in 4 years of failure. We need him for another 4 years to do...what? Nothing again? Socialism? Mexico light? I assume you and the other mushrooms have been down the basement with the TV off and the windows boarded up.
Woohoo!
GOBAMA! BIDEN!
Wait a minute dwightuth. I thought Democrats were all for women's rights but you just told a women to " Go back to your kitchen and cook something" Yup, those are your words from your post # 24.2
Damn man, you shot that myth to hell.
OH, by the way Clinton was in office when the 1st World Trade Center bombing took place and it was Clinton who refused to give the order to kill Bin Laden when the Northern Alliance and American marines had him in their sights back in 1999. That would have prevented the Twin Tower tragedy. So I ask, who is the criminally negligent one? Why didn't Clinton take action after U.S.S. Cole attack in Yemen? He knew al qaeda was responsible, hell they admitted it. Again, who is the criminally negligent one?
You talk about Reagan doing nothing in Lebanon yet what did Clinton do in Iraq after being asked to take action against Iraq for not following the UN Weapons Inspection resolution, Oh yeah, he bombed an aspirin factory and a few camels... BFD.
Lets not forget it was the Democrats lead by Ku Klux Klan member Robert Byrd_D_NC that filibustered the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
One thing is certain about the Democrats and their supporters.
They are all liars, bi-polar, or stupid, and demented because they think everyone else is a dumb as they think we are.
Only an idiot would vote for a Democrat candidate unless that candidate was running for poop scooper at the local park.
It's a proved fact 1.3% of democrats have hemorrhoids, the other 98.7% are perfect a s s holes.
You've spelt 'Romney' incorrectly...
