Wow.

Heavy subject to even think about. I guess we have to ask ourselves if the juvenile in question is even worth trying to rehabilitate and be allowed to re-enter society.

Then you get into all those cause and effect issues. Peer group pressure, violent movies, violent songs, violent parents, drugs, alcohol.

Then there's all the legal precedent to consider. Whew.

    There is also the issue of brain development. The human brain is not fully mature until age 25.
