Andrea Mitchell made a comment that Russ Feingold was the only one that was against our going to war in Iraq. That is incorrect. Robert Byrd was very much against going to war in Iraq as well. Just because he's not around to speak up, he shouldn't be forgotten as we one who was strongly against our going to war in Iraq and should be appreciated and respected as a strong opposer of being against the war in Iraq.

Every resident of Hawaii got a 55" flat screen TV as payment in 1964.
LIke you, I am touched by Rick Santorum's love for his Down Syndrome Child..But let us look at realities:he has been in the Senate,has lobbied for some years, is quite wealthy and therefore he can afford to provide the best of care for this child, without too much sacrifice. He probably has excellent health insurance and does not have to worry about retirement. How about parents who do not have the means to provide even adequate care for these children? Some of them have severe heart defects that require frequent hospitalizations,and surgery. They require special education and training...When there are other children in a family who is not as wealthy as Santorum's, they too need to sacrifice..And let us remember that these Republican Candidates are proposing to cut education, medicaid,Health insurance, and a variety of other services that would benefits families of handicapped children, etc..
Watching your interview about Iran and nuclear weapons I wonder if this is another case of 'crying wolf' as the reporting about this issue was leading up to the war on Iraq? I don't know what to believe anymore!
